Mobile Application — ASOFT SA CRM

This section applies to our internal staff mobile app, "ASOFT SA CRM," used by ASOFT staff to access the company CRM.

• Account information — your staff name and email, used to sign you in and show your profile.
• Content you create — tasks, comments, and photo/file attachments you add, stored in the company CRM.
• Device information — a push-notification token and a device identifier, used to deliver notifications and to remember devices trusted for two-factor authentication.

How the app uses it:

• Solely to provide CRM features (tasks, comments, voice calls) and to deliver notifications to staff.
• The app does NOT use analytics, advertising, Meta Pixel, or any tracking, and does not sell your data. (The analytics/advertising described above applies to our website only, not the app.)

Security:

• Communication uses HTTPS. Your sign-in token is stored securely in the device keychain. Voice calls are transmitted in real time between staff and are not recorded or stored.
